Our customer delivers flexible packaging solutions that includes extrusion, printing and converting.
Real-time production data from +150 machines in different factories is collected using EasyCount computers.
Touchscreens are installed at the machines. This makes it possible for the machine operators to start/stop production orders and report production information – everything in real-time.
The real-time data is sent to the company Cloud solution, where calculation of KPI’s are made.
BI products makes reporting available anywhere in the whole Group.
Machines status is available online and in real-time.

Our customer is a group of companies, that have been delivering paper rolls and labels for over 100 years.
Real-time production data and power consumption is measured using EasyCount hardware.
EasyCount MES-terminals with touchscreen and barcode scanner are installed at +60 machines. The terminals makes it possible for the machine operators to start/stop production orders.
The barcode scanners are used for registration of the raw materials used for the production.
The MES-terminals communicates directly with the company ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations)

Our customer is a part of an American group of companies and have manufactured nails for more than 100 years.
EasyCount computers has been installed on 16 production lines, where collated nails are produced. Collated nails are used in pneumatic tools, air-powered “pistols” or nail guns.
Real-time production data from the 16 production lines are reported into a central database and used for calculation of daily KPI’s and other statistics.
In the production area is mounted big monitors, where the production status for all production lines are showed on special designed dashboards.
